OUR RETURN POLICY

Georgie Jewelry LA accepts returns of unworn and undamaged merchandise purchased online from our Website. Items must be returned with all tags still attached. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we do not offer returns or exchanges for used products. Any additional terms and conditions on each product page may apply.

While we are not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of a returned item, we encourage you to contact us in the event of loss or damage by the postal service.

Procedure

To initiate a return, please make a request within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your order by emailing our Customer Service Department at [email protected].

Your return request should include, at a minimum:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The order number
  • An explanation of the issue and reason for the return
  • Clear pictures of any damage or defect, if applicable
  • Whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange of product

Upon receipt of your request, we will conduct an internal review. If approved, in our sole discretion, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label. You must then deliver the item back to us (including the original order number for identification) at the address we specify within seven (7) days of receipt of the pre-paid shipping label.

Once we receive the returned product, any store credit or exchange of product is subject to our further inspection to ensure it is in new, unworn, and/or unopened condition and otherwise complies with this policy. Returned items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same product are permitted based on stock availability. However, please note that we do not ship the new item until we have received your returned product in hand.

Faulty Products

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or include a manufacturing defect or fault. If you believe you received a faulty or defective product, please contact us at [email protected]. We may offer to exchange the faulty item for the same product, subject to availability. In some cases, we may offer repairs for faulty items. If a repair is not possible, or if the same product is not available, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Color Disclaimer

While we strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website, please note that variations may occur due to factors such as monitor settings and screen resolution. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product you receive will exactly match what you see on your screen.

Preorders

Items available for preorder will be clearly labeled on individual product pages. You will be charged immediately upon purchasing preorder items. Estimated delivery windows for preorder items are provided beneath each respective product description. However, please note that the availability of any preorder item is subject to change.
