All Georgie Jewelry pieces are shipped through our trusted, fully insured shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the chosen courier with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery times may vary due to carrier or external factors beyond our control.

Returns

At Georgie Jewelry, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit only within 24 hours of delivery, as confirmed by courier tracking.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned in original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and any complimentary gifts included with purchase

Please note:

  • All personalized, custom, made-to-order, name, and initial pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes single-initial items.
  • International orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We kindly ask that all returns are packaged securely in the same manner they were originally shipped, including protective wrapping and original packaging materials, to prevent damage during transit. Please do not ship jewelry back in envelopes or unprotected packaging.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any return that arrives damaged, worn, altered, tangled, scratched, or improperly packaged. If a return does not meet the conditions above, a restocking or repair fee may apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same product are permitted based on stock availability. However, please note that we do not ship the new item until we have received your returned product in hand.

Faulty Products

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or include a manufacturing defect or fault. If you believe you received a faulty or defective product, please contact us at info@georgiejewelryla.com. We may offer to exchange the faulty item for the same product, subject to availability. In some cases, we may offer repairs for faulty items. If a repair is not possible, or if the same product is not available, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Color Disclaimer

While we strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website, please note that variations may occur due to factors such as monitor settings and screen resolution. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product you receive will exactly match what you see on your screen.

Preorders

Items available for preorder will be clearly labeled on individual product pages. You will be charged immediately upon purchasing preorder items. Estimated delivery windows for preorder items are provided beneath each respective product description. However, please note that the availability of any preorder item is subject to change.
