Georgie Jewelry offers fine jewelry, including ready-to-ship, made-to-order, custom, and personalized jewelry.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and prices are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or monitor. Natural diamonds and gemstones may naturally vary in color, clarity, inclusions, shape, and appearance.
Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, inventory, or typographical errors and to cancel an order when necessary.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. Submission of an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount.
Custom, Personalized, and Made to Order Jewelry
Custom, personalized, engraved, initial, name, and made-to-order Products may require additional production time.
Submitting a custom inquiry does not guarantee that Georgie Jewelry will accept or produce the requested design.
Custom, personalized, engraved, initial, name, and made-to-order Products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error by Georgie Jewelry.
Once production has begun, custom or made-to-order orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Returns and Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Products must meet all return requirements stated in our Return Policy.
Custom, personalized, engraved, initial, name, and made-to-order Products are FINAL SALE. International orders are FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to inspect returned Products before approving a return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a Product that arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, you must contact us promptly after delivery.
We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, chemical exposure, alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by a third party is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Georgie Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
Jewelry Care
Fine jewelry requires proper care. We recommend removing jewelry before exercising, sleeping, showering, swimming, bathing, or applying lotions, cosmetics, or chemicals.
Avoid chlorine, bleach, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners.
Georgie Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, chemical exposure, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
